Privacy Policy
This policy explains what proforextraders.com collects, why, and what happens to it. It is short because the site collects very little.
What is collected
- Contact form. Your name, email address and message, stored in the site database and sent to the site owner by email, so that a reply can be sent.
- Server logs. IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp, retained by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
- Security plugin records. Failed login attempts and blocked requests, including the originating IP address.
- Cookies. Only functional cookies set by WordPress when an administrator signs in, and a cache cookie where applicable. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
What is not collected
There is no advertising network, no remarketing pixel, no social media tracking script and no third-party analytics running on this site. Nothing on the site profiles you, and no data is sold or shared with advertisers.
Legal basis and retention
Contact form data is processed on the basis of your consent when you submit the form, and is retained for as long as the correspondence remains relevant, normally no more than twenty-four months. Server and security logs are retained for a short period as a legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
Processors
The site runs on shared hosting; the hosting provider processes data on our behalf as part of serving the site. Email replies are sent through the hosting email service. No other processor receives your data.
Your rights
- Ask what personal data about you is held here.
- Ask for it to be corrected or erased.
- Withdraw consent for the contact form correspondence at any time.
- Complain to your local data protection authority.
Requests can be sent through the contact page and will be answered within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
