Pro Forex Traders publishes advice for people who already trade. Not “what is a pip”, not “the five best indicators” — the operational side of the job that nobody teaches because it does not sell courses: sizing, exposure netting, execution costs, journalling, broker due diligence and the arithmetic of doing this for a living.
Who writes it
Adrian Vestberg spent eleven years on interbank FX desks in Copenhagen and Singapore, first in spot EUR and Scandinavian crosses, later running a small risk book. He left in 2019 and now trades a two-person discretionary account with a former colleague. He is not a fund manager, not a signal provider and not an influencer, and the distinction matters for how you should read everything here.

Every process described here is one we run or have run. Where something is theory, it says so.

Numbers, not slogans
If an article makes a claim about risk or cost, it shows the arithmetic so you can disagree with it.

No products
No signals, no courses, no managed accounts, no affiliate broker rankings. The site sells nothing.
What is deliberately not here
- Trade calls and signals. A published entry without your sizing, your account and your session is not advice, it is noise.
- Broker “top ten” tables. Those are advertising with a ranking attached. We publish the questions to ask instead.
- Guarantees of profitability. Most people who trade leveraged FX lose money. That is the base rate and no article changes it.
- Anything that requires you to send us money.
How to use the site
If you are already trading and losing, start with The Desk Standard and fix whatever the score names first. If you are profitable but inconsistent, the Desk Routine and Strategy Review sections are where the work is. If you are considering funding an account or going full time, read the Brokers and the Career sections before you move any money.
